Returns Policy

Consumer Returns Policy

On the rare occasions where a product has arrived faulty or damaged, or you are simply unhappy with your product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt with details of the problem.

This is preferred by email to sales@englishpewter.co.uk or by telephone on 0114 248710.

We may ask you to email us photo's of the faulty/damaged product so we can assess the problem.

Our staff will then ensure that your problem is dealt with swiftly and effectively.
If your problem requires a replacement, you will be asked to return the faulty/damaged goods to us. To make this as easy as possible we will provide a pre-paid returns label and a returns form for you to complete.

Our returns policy is not intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you. Our full list of Terms and Conditions can be found here.

 

PRODUCT NOT AS EXPECTED

If you are not happy with your item you must notify us within 14 days of receipt with details of the problem.

Please return it unused and in its original packaging within 28 days of delivery.
A refund, credit or replacement (whichever you choose) will be issued upon receipt of the product.

The postage cost to return will be borne by you.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt with details of the problem.

A pre-paid returns label will be created and emailed for you to attach to the packing box where it can be dropped at your local Post Office or collection point.
Once we have received your parcel back at our premises a refund, credit or replacement (whichever you choose) will be issued.

ENGRAVED or PERSONALISED RETURNS

It is important to check that all personalisation requests are checked thoroughly, particularly for spelling mistakes, as these do not fall under the Consumer Distance Selling Regulations for standard products.

If an item has been personalised in error by us, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt with details of the problem. This is preferred by email to sales@englishpewter.co.uk or by telephone on 0114 248710. We may ask you to email us photo's of the faulty engraving, so we can arrange an immediate replacement or refund.

We will arrange for the faulty item to be returned and issue a pre-paid returns label for the item to be dropped at your local Post Office or collection point.
