CONSUMER DELIVERY INFORMATION

NON-PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

For all orders placed before 1pm we will dispatch the same working day.
Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm and we only dispatch orders during these timescales.
All weekend orders will be dispatched Monday.
Delivery costs and available delivery options are shown at the checkout.
Dependent upon the delivery option you choose at checkout, this will determine the length of time to receive your order.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

For all personalised orders we require just 1 working day to despatch your goods.
For example an order placed on Tuesday will be despatched Thursday.
Please be aware that orders placed on Friday will not be despatched until Monday.
All weekend orders will be despatched on Tuesday.

DELIVERY OPTIONS – MAINLAND UK

We have three main operators for delivering our goods, Royal Mail, DPD & UPS.

ROYAL MAIL

*PLEASE BE AWARE, OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD, IT CAN TAKE LONGER FOR DELIVERY*

When choosing a Royal Mail service please be aware that:

• If RM48 delivery is selected this is sent via second class Royal Mail which is estimated to be delivered in 2-4 working days, but is not guaranteed.
• If RM24 delivery is selected this is sent via first class Royal Mail which is estimated to be delivered in 1-2 working days, but this is not guaranteed.

UPS

UPS boasts an impressive success rate for next-day deliveries. While we strive to provide next-day delivery, please note that it is not guaranteed.

Next-day delivery is exclusively available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends. The following guidelines apply:

• Orders dispatched on a Friday will reach you on the subsequent Monday.
• Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
• Regrettably, deliveries cannot be made on public holidays. In such cases, please anticipate your delivery on the next working day.

UPS typically delivers parcels between 9 am and 5 pm, though, on rare occasions, delivery may occur later. Unfortunately, in certain situations, we may not be able to provide a more specific estimated delivery time. However, if you've provided your mobile number when placing your order, our carrier will usually contact you to furnish a more precise delivery time estimate.

Please be aware that a signature may be required upon receipt.

DELIVERY OPTIONS – NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, CHANNEL ISLES

UPS next day delivery to Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, Highland & Islands and the Channel Isles can take up to 2-4 working days for delivery and may also carry an additional carrier charge. This will be displayed in the checkout on the website.

Royal Mail can take up to 4 days for delivery, but is not guaranteed.

DELIVERY METHODS - INTERNATIONAL (UPS & INTERNATIONAL POST)

International Delivery depends entirely on 2 factors; the weight of the items being shipped, and where in the world it's being shipped to. Our website will calculate the exact price of delivery in your cart based on the weight of your total order and the shipping address.

You will have a choice of UPS International or International Post.
Delivery times are estimates.
